Synopsis
In Iran, Fereshteh, a single mother, fights to save her gravely ill daughter and considers selling her own organs for treatment. In the US, Dr. Dariush Yazdani faces an ethical crossroads as his daughter’s survival depends on a transplant that may never come legally. Both families navigate broken healthcare systems.
