Synopsis
Galicia, 1950s. A time and land of poverty ruled by men. Concha and her friend Ramona head to the river before dawn to rinse the octopus while their husbands sleep. At the fair, the women work relentlessly. Concha faces a problem alone, but thanks to the solidarity of her fellow workers, she vows to stop it from happening again.
